Step 5 : Decimal Point must be moved 3 places to the right.
Step 6 : The mantissa now becomes : -(1010.110000)
Step 7 : Removing unnecessary zeros gives : -(1010.11)
Step 8 : Denary : -(10.75) or simply -10.75
